Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at the Napa Valley Marriott, where we are also hosting the Saturday night event. Please reserve your room as soon as possible to receive the special group rate.

Getting Here
The most convenient airports are:
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes
- Oakland International Airport (OAK) – Approximately 1 hour
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – Approximately 1½ hours
- Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) – Approximately 1 hour
Rental cars and rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are readily available from each airport.
Getting Around
One of the best ways to enjoy Napa is at a leisurely pace. Downtown is wonderfully walkable, and biking is a popular way to explore the area, including portions of the scenic Napa Valley Vine Trail. If you’re venturing beyond downtown or visiting wineries throughout the valley, renting a car or using a rideshare service is the most convenient option.
